CRANE BEAMS:
From Engineered Fabricated Box Beams to standard Universal Beams, Capital Cranes manufacture strictly in accordance with A.S.1418 Crane Code.
END CARRIAGES:
Modular type line bored pods ensure wheel alignment is never an issue. Direct drive axles (no ring gears or pinions) reduce maintenance costs & coupled to Bonfiglioli gear motors you are guaranteed a long lasting & smooth running crane.
Five wheel sizes are available 160, 230, 305, 400, & 630 mm the 160 wheel is machined from a billet where as the 230, 305, 400 & 630mm wheels are cast at a local foundry from Spheroidal Graphite Iron & machined to Capital Cranes specifications.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT:
For cranes & wire rope hoists Capital Cranes produces our own electrical switchboards housed in metal clad IP65 enclosures. Quality Telemecanique Contactors & Thermal Overloads are standard equipment. Variable speed controllers are fitted to all our Travelling Overhead Cranes as standard, ensuring a smooth transaction between slow & fast and fast & slow speeds on long travel.
